Had done IUI following a follicle study so on day 23 my follicle size was 22mm so got iui done on 26th oct and 25th oct had taken hcg . Today post 13 days I am having brown discharge which normally comes every month for me . And my period due dat is nov 4th but doctor had told since I ovulate late do to UPT on 18th Nov currently on Duphaston 10 mg 2 times a day . My worry is for brown discharge is dat signs of periods coming or something else.

Hi Doctor, need to know if it is pcos when I did USG abdomen n pelvis during ovulation and the report says "polycystic ovarian configuration - Both ovaries show multiple peripherally arranged subcentimeter follicles with echogenice stroma".. no follicle number shown in the report..right ovary volume 10cc and left ovary volume 8cc Regular periods, no hormonal problem like hair fall, acne etc..
