Small free fluid is seen in cul de sac
Hello my ultrasound report on day 30 of my periods ...it shows that I have small follicles in both ovaries ...and small free fluid is seen in cul de sac what does that mean plzz reply

May be follicle is ruptured.

You can get examined. It could be early pelvic inflammation. You can ignore it also& re do uSG after next cycle if there is no pain menstrual abnormality or fever.

What's ur periods interval.  If it's  28th or 30th day interval then  it shows    u had ovulation  and now  ur periods is  going to come  in  few days

Hello .. Small amount of fluid in cul de sac is a normal finding & usually not significant.. However fluid in cul de sac can also be present following ovulation or in cases of pelvic infection..
