Hi IAM feeding mother I found lump in my right breast and it's feel burning sensation I go to the hospetal doing physical examination and said no lump found but y I have burning sensation last 1 week I have worstly shoulder blade pain it doesn't go I very scaring about that and breast cancer also only physical examination can says no lump ? The docter didn't doing  any mammogrammy And altrasound exams  examination plzz help me

I used pre loved pump from my well known friend, but i missed to sterilize one part before I start pumping..That part will not touch my breast but it is an inner cup to produce pressure...Will this unsterilized part cause any breast infection or breast cancer?That pump was used by my friend 1 month back..She dont have any complaints in her breast till now
