Hi, before how many days I can take medicine for delaying periods for 4 to 5 days and which can also work as contraception? Is there any medicine which can work for both?

My wife is 3 month pregnent but her platelets decreasing now it is 1 lac 25 thousand .we have gone for dengue checking it is negative and viral infection is positive medicine given by doc for three days but still not controlled .Please give your suggestion.how much serious is matter.she has no any symptoms of weakness due to platelets

After 20 days of taking abortion pill I am having some times white cloudy like dicharge and those are very sticky .is it normal or ??

My wife is having light periods from last three months(light bleeding) after vaccine. This time there is a delay of 10days with brwon colour discharge started. We had tested pregancy test and it is negative. Kindly suggest this is due to vaccine(Covishiled) or any other problem. Please suggest.

I am not sure but i am gaining alot of weight from my waist area, get pimples on face and back, alot of hair loss, stress and crave ice cream and chocolates alot.

My friends is experiencing irregular bleeding during her period. The bleeding was higher than usual periods. It lasted for 20 days. After that the hospital gave her some tablets which stopped the bleeding for 11 days. After the 11th day the heavy bleeding started again. So they told her to stop the medication and wait 7 more days. Now its the third day of the 7 days, she is experiencing severe pain below the abdomen and intestinal region close to the uterus. What could be the issue and what are the further actions to be taken moving forward?

I forgot to take Letroz 2.5 from 3rd day of my cycle. Can I take from 7th day? will it be effective ? or should I wait for my next cycle?
