Pregnancy and Infertility

In the past 4 months I am not having periods regularly. Also PCOS detected with test. Kindly suggest me medications for the same as I am getting frustrated with this .

I have this painful bump/swell on my labia..firstly it was just on side but it's on both the sides.it is kind of painful and lil uncomfortable...what is it and what could it be..

Dear sir/madam My wife age 27 Last week she has taken covishild 1st dose and she had fever and she took dolo650 three times and fever was completely cured. Again since yesterday morning she is suffering from throat infection and fever , also she is breast feeding to 4month baby girl. She has taken yesterday two dolo 650 but not improving. Kindly suggest

I was expecting by period on 2nd December but no sign till 10th December. I took a one week twice a day dosage of meprate. Completed my dosage from 13-19dec. Yet no signs of period.

I take dienogest 2 mg daily for 2 years. In this time I did not get my period & pain also vanish from my life & size of cyst also decresed but not totaly vanish the cyst. For how long can i off my period with this medicine?  I consult more than 4 renowned gynecologist in kolkata but no one tell me the exact way of the treatment. Why??? Plz adv. If any.

Sep, 2021 usg: [ Now December usg till not checking due to some financial problem] RO cyst: 11*17 mm LO cyst: 27*24 mm RO measures: 29*27*19 mm, vol: 8 cc LO measures: 40*36*25 mm, Vol: 19 cc No evidence of ascitis, pleural effusion or abdominal lymphadenopathy. Follow up case of bilateral ovarian cyst. Bilateral endometriomas. In comparison to last usg minimal reduction in size of cyst. At first usg report: Ro cyst: 36*28 mm LO cyst: 65*57 mm

I've diagnosed with UTI and under medication for 1 month. Still feel pain in lower left abdomen. My doctor(urologist) said that it maybe a sign of PID. What does it mean "free fluid in POD". I'm worried about PID, want to know what it is. As I'm unmarried doctor nearby doesn't take PID under consideration so I want to talk freely about it. I don't have white discharge so what is it?? Just UTI or PID.

I had spotting issue and I was adviced to take deviry twice a day. Its been a week since I took the last dose, no periods yet. Should I wait for few more days? In between I fell sick with cold and fever and took medicines for that as well, does it have an impact?

I had done my iui on 8th dec its 31st day of cycle but period not came i had done test morning 3rd urine but negative why is it so? And i have to travel also on 24th so can i travel ?
