Sharp left abdominal pain since today morning - hurts while coughing, Sneezing, getting up from bed. I'm terribly worried

Large fibroid of 17 cm in fundus arising from posterior myometrium causing pain on left side of abdomen but no pain in lower abdomen. USG says uterus of 9.4 cm . Any method except surgery. Pl if someone can help.

We are currently trying to conceive. I am on progesterone tablet as i did not get my periods this month. I would like to know if i can take metformin my inositol tablets and ovazoa f tablets along with progesterone tablet? Please advise
