I did my follicles tracking and my eggs are 20cm, 22cm and 21cm from both follicles respectively and my endocrine thickness is 6.5cm and my iui transfer was done on the 28/02/2022 with the value of my E.T is it safe for me this is my second iui transfer

I did my iui transfer on the 28th of February 2022 and from my follicles tracking my eggs are 20cm, 22 cm and 21cm respectively from both follicles and my endocrine thickness E.T was 6.5cm and my doctor as me to take Estradiol valerate tablet 2mg starting from the second day of the iui transfer is it save to take the drugs starting from the second day of my iui transfer ?

From last 20 days m taking estabet 2mg trice a day,and from last ten days by mistake m taking estabet two tablets thrice a day,it means 6 tablet a day,I got my embroyo transfer yesterday,and was eating same 6 tablet ,but today I read my file then I got to know there is need of only 3 tablets a day,what to do?? Doctors are saying eat 6 as u were eating earlier,don't change Plz help me I got two failures of ivf earlier
