Pregnancy and Infertility

I gave birth on 19th Aug 2021 last year cesor. I was advised to have CCM calcium tablets for 6 months. Do i still continue or not?

Usg report attached. Kindly provide me suitable medication. I am having lower abdomen pain for last 20 days.

3 months to postpartum, but still experiencing constipation on regular intervals followed by fissures... Hard stool comes and the pain starts... pain while doing motion stays for 5-6days and then it resolves... after few days I get constipated and the process continues...

From 2-3 hours i feel right side of breast a little saggy and discomfort my period is about to start Is it anything serious never happend before

I had c section delivery 4 months back i had lochia for 35 days it stopped and again bleed resumed on 42 day then again i got my regular  period which was heavy for 4 days then next period was on 23rd day then next cycle was on time next period delayed(first dose of covid vaccine)by 11 days and now the period is early (second dose of covid vaccine)it is on 16 th day only i am scared

Hello Drs, Which is better Frozen Embryo transfer or Fresh Embryo transfer in an IVF cycle..? And also how many blastocysts should be transferred at a time. Pls advise. Thanks

I had my D&E for missed abortion on 25th Jan. 28th Jan I got my periods. From last 3/4 days I am seeing a small reddish brown worms coming in my urine. Sometimes 1 or 3 once in a while when I go to pass urine. Please help. Is it relates to D&C or something else. I have no other symptoms.

From last 1 week frequent urination tendency and at present lower abdomen pain. Took tablet safexim 200 4nos tablets ( 2 Nos daily after food).

I have less milk supply and I am a mother of a 3 month old baby. Pl suggest how can I increase the supply
