Pregnancy and Infertility

Hello. This month of 17th I will be travelling to a pilgrimage. So i have my menstrual date coming appron on 19th as per my previous month's date . I'd like to know if there is any medication to get early periods. As trying to postpone the period I'm kind of not sure how much that would work well, because just in case by trying to postpone it what if it gets way to delayed and I miss out on this month's cycle. So i kindly request any one of you'll (doctor) to suggest me a medicine which I can take it to get early cycle. I would be going for almost 5 days of trip.

Have been advised by my dentist to take   vizylac rich capsules for a month twice daily ,is it too high of a dose or can I take it for a month twice a day .

I'm having irregular period for 7-8 months. And  pains so hell on the beginning of the period and stays for the whole day (on first day) . My lower back portion also pains. My period stays for 2 days. What should I do? Also, I want to know whatever the prblm i have, will i be able to conceive in future?

I'm stopping breastfeeding to my 0ne year baby... my breast are full heavy and its painful ...how to reduce milk production and overcome this pain and fullness

Today is 12th after fet. UPT at home came negative. Hcg is yet to be done. Can I expect a positive outcome. No symptoms except little bloating in stomach and felt fainted today ie on 12th day

My wife scanning reports in 9th month  all long bones above 7th percentile ..now 3 days back my baby born,all things looks normal, is this any problem in future

My girlfriend took ONLY 1 pill on 16th Feb and had her withdrawal bleeding on 23rd Feb, since feb she had no periods...Is it possible to have withdrawal bleeding AGAIN now ?...Last period date is 13th January 2022

I have been observing brown spotting for around 5-6 days after a regular 5 days period. This has never happened before. I'm married and my periods are always consistent. Can unprotected copulation 3 days before period impact hormones?
