Pregnancy and Infertility

I recently had a MTP few days back and planning to conceive again through IVF in next 2 months. Can I start taking meds like M2 tone, Folvite active and vitamin e for good uterus recovery. Please suggest some good medicines for uterus health and lining.

My first USG showed GA 7weeks2days as per CUA but as per LMP it is 7weeks6days. Why is this difference? Gynaecologist did not give any progesterone after seeing the report. Just normal folic acid once a day. Is the report normal?

Preferable time to take zincovit syrup. Can it be taken any time in the day? Before or after food, with how many hours before or after food?

Hi Doctor, I am 32 year old woman who has been trying to conceive since last one year and now starting fertility treatment. Doctor suggested to lose 18 kgs , also take AMH test and the result is 2.7. Is this value suggesting that i have good reserves or low? Can i take 3 months break to focus on fitness and get back or should I hurry up and go for fertility treatment immediately?
