Pregnancy and Infertility

Hi, I have got regular periods until last may, after that suffering with irregular periods,when ever I took any medicine, periods will come ,last December when I went to doctor she gave femilon for 3 months, because of femilon have got periods until March this year,now no medicine,no periods from April, blood test done for harmones but no issues, ultrasound done there also no issues,no period for 3 months now,do I need to wait to get periods natural or again I need to take medicine,am on thyroid now.please reply me

I had 1 miscarriage in 2019 due to incompetence cervix. From then bleeding stops only if i take OC pills or duphaston. In June, 2021 I delivered a baby boy.. after delivery again bleeding continued for 3 months. It stopped only after taking OC pills. Recently i stopped taking pills after 6 months, but then bleeding started again in 15 days. My Ultrasound reports shows Pcod only. My doctor put me on Trapic Mf & Regestrone Cr 10mg. Should i do any other tests? Or is it only because of hormonal changes or PCOD?

My amh level was 2.8 three months ago from path care lab. Now tested again from SRL lab which came as 1.31 only. How can it be possible? I had one letroz cycle last month for natural conception. Please advise what had caused my amh level dropped in 3 months only.

I have developed what is said by doctor as bartholinitis.. Can you suggest will warm compress or cold pack helps for relieving the abscess.. Its very very painfull.. Even though i am taking medicines i am feeling feverish.. From yesterday night only i have started the course Can i apply warm or cold compress for reducing the problem.. If not what can i do for fast heeling Help

Hi, I have been trying to conceive for 5 years with pcos.. have tried fertility treatments likw iui and ivf but no result.. I am on a break from these treatments and planning to try on our own for few months.. in the meanwhile I have been suggested to take myo inositol regulating the periods along with prenatal multivitamins.. I am not obese any only symptoms of pcos is irregular periods.. should I take only myo inositol or combination of myo inositol with d chiro inositol in 40:1 ratio ? I definitely do not want to lose weight hence asking this question..

Hell Doctors, I am too worried about the upcoming child, today there was a scanning after 10weeks and in the report legs hands everything was visible but nasal bone is absent, is there any issue or development of nasal bone is delayed? Need some information please suggest me and guide me what to do next?
