Hello doctor I have pain  in right side of lower abdominal area with back pain. This pain occurs suddenly and then it disappears. This is happening 10-15 days before my periods once in every 2 month. Also i got very tired, can't do household things for more than 5 minutes.

I am a PCOD patient and have been prescribed Yamini and Normoz tablets  together for 3 months to regularise my periods. But looks like they are both responsible for different purposes. Yamini is a contraceptive that prevents ovulation and Normoz helps in ovulation. Should I take the tablets together? Kindly help! I need to start planning for baby after my periods are regularised.
