I have been experiencing brownish discharge for three days now ,I did D&C after I noticed that I had miscarriage it been 7 weeks already and I have not seen my period I only saw browninsh discharge pls I need your help

I have pcos history. I only have periods when i take meprate 1bdx5days else my natural periods are not happening from approx 7 or 8 months. I had ipill once 5 months back in February and also checked upt: negative. Then i had ipill again in may end and also checked upt in june starting: negative and then again checked upt in july ending (5 days back) : negative. It's August starting today and I'm feeling nausea since july ending since 1 week. What could be the reason? And why i am not having periods without meprate or ipill from so long? And this nausea feeling now after 2 months of unprotected coitus and checked upt : negative.

Hi, It has been 35 days since my last Period but today I spotted a light bleeding and I am not sure if it is a period bleeding or implantation bleeding as the flow is not heavy. Also, the flow is without any tissues but I do saw stringy bits at the start. I had done HPT 3 days ago and at that time it was negative. What should I do in this situation as I am confused whether it is a period or something else?

I have vulva burning and also burns during urination. Urine culture no growth. But i have thick white clumpy discharge. I was prescribed Flucanazole and yeast creams. Still no improvement in symptoms. What should i do. Please help.

I have severe pain during periods and a few times when I don't have pain during periods i have pain after my periods. I have mood swings too during that time. Usually my head also spins during that time.

My postpartum bleeding had stopped at 44th day but again started on 50th day. Blood was deep red in color. I consulted my gynecologist and she asked to do pelvic scan and everything came normal in scan. She prescribed crina NCR 15mg once for 20 days. I took for 1 day and bleeding stopped and again I am bleeding deep red at 55th day. I want to know the reason why I am still bleeding. Please advise.
