My mother is experiencing breast pain around her periods, she got her self tested & was prescribed for mammography. The same was conducted, and the attached observation given.Please provide me with the detailed analysis of the same.

Hi, My doctor suggested letroz 2.5mg from day2 of my periods for 5 days. On day11 my right ovary follicle was 9*7 size and on day13 it was same 9*8 with ET 8mm. Why is my follicle not growing ?
