Is ipill faliure rate so high? Please tell me ... I am freaking out...so much tensed about this... is ipill success rate so low?

My doctor has prescribed me dronis 30 for pcod for 3 cycle.I just finished my 1st pack.Doctor said to start the 1st pack from day one of periods.I have asked about the gap but Now I don't remember about the gap that should I wait for 7 days or will start another pack on 1st day of next periods?

Am 37 years old and have had regular cycles till now in the range of 28-32 days. My LMP was on 11-Aug-2022 and have not got my periods till now. Its been 11 days since I stopped taking deviry for 5 days,but no periods. UPT taken today morning is negative and beta hcg is 0.1. Prolactin is 31.61 and TSH is 1.5 and T4 is 15.8. Am concerned about what is the issue.

Will femilon work as a contraceptive if i start to take it for 21 days, stop, then start another pack from 5th day of period?
