Missed periods for more than 1 month. What would be the reason??. What shall do for the same.. Age is 15.

I have a left ovary cyst of 3.5 cm I have a sharp pain going from my left abdomen to pelvis . Feeling of fullness and inability to keep food down Bloated and nausea . Pus cells are 4 to 5 Epithelial are 8 to 10 Bacteria and yeast missing. The pain isn't stopping . The doctor gave me norflox for pain along with citralka Urine given for culture n senstivity test . Result will.be out in 3 days and he told me to ignore cyst . I don't know what to do now . I am 22 years old. Nausea and pain on my left side is tiring me up . Please recommend something .

My ultra sound report says this . . UTERUS: normal in size and echotexture, measures 6.5×3.7×2.9cm. No focal lesions. Endometrial thickness is 4.5mm . . OVARIES: both ovaries are relatively enlarged in size and show small peripherally arranged follicles, each measuring 4-5mm RO:3.7×2.1cm LO:3.8×2.3 . . . URINARY BLADDER: well distended. No wall thickening. No calculi. No evidence of any adnexal mass lesion No evidence of any free fluid in pelvis . . IMPRESSIONS: *no evidence of intraurine gestational sac *bilateral polycystic ovaries

We are trying to conceive baby .Dr. Gave mi b long f tablet .its tablet realy help me to conceive or not ?

My first beta HCG was done on 17th September and value was 111.5 My second Beta HCG was done on 19th September and value was 123.7 My third beta HCG was done on 25th September and value was 158.5 My fourth beta HCG was done on 6th October(Today) and value is 620.1 Kindly suggest me.
