I missed period by 10 days and At home kit test result is not showing both dark line but at hospital in sonography it seems small dot of pregancy. Is it positive or negative??

I'm 35yr old female I'm trying for 2nd baby for the past 4yrs but not yet conceiving.. my period is regular and for the past 3yrs it was 25days once..and last for 3days, before marriage it lasts 5 days ..2yrs before I took a scan everything was normal .. now for the few months my blood flow in the third day is very low.. not even a full pad is wet .. first nd 2nd day 3 pads per day is fully wet.. is there any problem in conceiving? My hairfall is very high nowadays and my stress level is also very very high..and lost 7kg bcoz of suffered from urticaria..now it's completely gone

Hi I am having irregular periods since menarche at 16. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism at 19. I had my periods every 3 months . Normal flow For 5 days I am having thyroxine 25 mcg daily without fail and my TSH levels are under control. STILL i am having irregular periods....and this time its nearly4 months now. I had USG for PCOS 3 years back but it was normal. What further investigations should i go through? Is it possible if i take thyrox then also to have irregular periods because i thought if TSH is under control then it will be normal.

I have my period on 1st June and it's been continuous since 1st June... Periods are not stopping I have used medicine regestrone and tranexamic but they stop only for one day... Kindly suggest me another medicine to stop my periods
