I have pcod and today I have finished my 21 day course of the yamini medication that i began after the 5th day of my period. Should i re-start my meparate course of 5 days again now?

Hello doctor Good Morning.! My name is Priya Im from chennai.. I had my IUI session on may 13th and doctor advised to take some medicines like progesterone dydrogesterone and folic acid tablets after IUI my periods delayed so I had checked upt kit bt its shows negative on 33rd day( june 4th) as per clinical advise i stopped my pills but still im not getting my period I got bloated and right side rib abdomen cramps on and off  frequent urination and i got my discharge looks like off white to dark colour moisturiser what should i do .? Please give me your suggestion.
