In this month, I have my period on dt08-10-22. Some bleeding found on that day in morning. After that, there is no bleeding, no cramping till now. Last month period was on 16-09-22. Kindly guide

I am trying to conceive this month . Took HCG injection on day 13 th of my cycle . And confirmed rupture and corpus luteum formation on day 16 th. On my day 23rd of my cycle I am experiencing dark brown stringy like blood in the morning and it lasted till day. Not much but little bit. I am scared what is it? In 19 week HB was 10.8 .Doctor asked to raise it above 12.Increased the iron dose livogen xt to twice a day and also prescribed albendazole 400mg single shot.I also started taking 2 dates daily 1 orange and kiwi daily during iron tablet intake  and minimum one serve of palak daily.Still HB is 11.1 only in 24 week.What other things can i do in diet to increase HB

What does mild prominence of renal pcs in feotal kidneys in tiffa scan report mean?? Please explain.

I have gone through tiffa scan and it was mentioned that the kidneys of my baby showed mild prominence of bilateral renal pcs in kidneys. Doctor informed to follow up and after checking in growth scan they told that problem has been solved.But now in my third trimester, I m facing low amniotic fluid problem. Is it due to the kidney problem which showed earlier?? Please answer.
