Meds to tk when trying to conceive
Please suggest some multivitamins, folic acid supplements to be taken while trying to conceive. Taking ferotin and zincovit at present. Is this sufficient or any supplements to be added/modified? Also suggest any lubricant that's safe while ttc. Thanks.

I wonder if some Doctor told you to take some fancy Vitamins when trying to conceive. I always remember one thing, "The Human Race is a few million years old and the multivitamin tablets or capsules available are only 300 years old". How were the women conceiving before 300 years? And the only sperm friendly lubricant is plain water.
