I finished my periods 10 days before, after I was at birth control pills, today is the 15 day of my cycle, I had no pills after periods, spotting has started again today. What could be it?

I have a burning sensation in the genital area especially while pissing. Around 2 months ago i had UTI infection for which i took medication but now the burning has come back. Urine culture report shows no infection as of now. It is creating a lot of discomfort and problem specially during days of mensuration.

My friend understanding pcod treatment as her periods where prolonged used to take more than a month.. after starting treatment she observed period at first 2 month were on time but last month it appears 7 days before and more its less than 10days for last period she again started period.. is it normal? My last period was on 7th oct and today I got checkup by doctor Doctor performed tvs ultrasound in that she found that foetal pole is not visible. Do i need to worry?
