Doctor performed tvs ultrasound in that she found that foetal pole is not visible.

Irregular periods
I am getting bleeding for about more then a month now. I was advised tablet pause took it for 3 day. Bleeding stopped for 2 days then again flow has started. Ppbs test with metformin or withoutt
At 27 week gtt with 75mg gave fasting sugar 73 1 hr 143 and 2 hour 138.doctor said since it is borderline asked to take metformin 250 after bf and lunch.Doctor asked to take ppbs after 2 weeks at 2 hrs post lunch.should i take the metformin 250 as prescribed before testing or ppbs be taken without taking metformin
