Pregnancy and Infertility

I have a small endometriosis cyst in my left ovary. I was put on hormone therapy where I was taking contraceptives. And despite taking the medication for 6 months, it increased in size. Kindly suggest the best way to get rid of it. The size of the cyst was 28.3x21.9mm in May 2022 and today it is 15.3x 7.6 mm in November 2022. There is a small uterine fibroid too. You suggestions would be of great help. Thanks

I took Krimson 35 for PCOD, every time it's bleed on 6th day after stopping krimson but this time it's 8 th day but period not started yet. I took krimson 35 from day 5.
