I have severe back pain during periods. Usually I take Meftlal Spas n volini spray. Pain releives n again it starts for few hrs. It lasts for 2 days

My period is start after 3 month of my c section is it ok?? And don't effect my milk supply??? Can anyone please tell me a about this
