Last year found 4cm cyst in my ovary doctor provide me endoreg 2mg for 2months but no improvement after that another doctor provide me femilon for 6months now the size of ovary Left adenexal shows complex cysts(atleast 3) together measuring 43×42mm with one of them showing soft tissue like eccentric mural nodule, another showing mesh of septations, another appear anechoic. What can I do for that I am very confused and nervous is it resolve from medicines?

Hi , i got my ultrasound on 18 November. I had the problem of anxiety and rectal bleeding so doctor referred for ultrasound to check my pcod status. I had been diagnosed with pcod in year 2015 and ultrasound was of same year. At that there were cyst in ovaries and ovaries were bit enlarge. I have attached my usg report here , also the sonologist told me that now i don't have pcod issue. But she didn't mention anything about ovaries in report. Now m confused. Please help me to understand this report. Also my period is still not regular, TSH is also normal. Can anyone tell what may be reason. Also m bit overweight.
