Still not concive at this month i stop all  medicine and take only carni q  daily 1 for 30 days ... Is there any chance to concive naturally ExzAtly what issue ocuur in our case if everything is normal

It's 11 weeks after postpartum bleeding stopped in 30 days after delivery. Today again fresh blood like bleeding started is it my periods ?
