I am a Breastfeeding mother around age of 26 yrs, i found small painful lump on down of my breast. i am feeding for around 2 months. Is anything serious.

You have to put ice or something and see Probably its milk which has gotten hard And you need to express it

it depends if you have any fever,local redness in the area..it can be mastitis also..or no symptoms it can be milk cyst
