I have had depression and anxiety for a while now and I also suffer from low self esteem. My previous psychiatrist asked me to start taking nexito and gradually increased the dose to 20mg. I continued that for a while and then I noticed that I was gaining considerable weight. I tried telling my doctor that the weight gain is making me hate myself even more but he didn't listen. I stopped seeing him and stopped the medicine cold turkey but it was horrible. Now, I've been taking 10mg of nexito every day but I have gained about 10kgs in the last year and I don't go out of the house at all. I really need to know if there is a substitute that would not make me put on weight and whether there is any medication that would increase my metabolism?

I'm diagnosed with OCD, n my theme is overplanning and overanalyzing. I do overanalyze past events, what I did , what I said, but I'm not sure this can be this troubling, as my life had been totally crippled. Yes, I do waste a lot of time on this doubt'is this really OCD'. But I don't remember my previous OCDdoubts, I tried hard to recall, but couldn't. How to make sure it's really OCD.

Problem started due to unemployment pressure,feeling to get sympathy from others make me feel sad like crying,problem become higher in crowded situation . Feeling of hollowness Feeling of sadness which comes directly to face.face become like crying.it generally happen in crowd. Sometime when I laugh genuenly sadness comes instantly to my face.then I have to control my emotion. Positive thing is while watching TV I feel gud,from past experience I feel little better. I feel depressed any time. I want to share my things with anyone. During my college days I shared everything with my friends. After that almost 2 years I shared my feelings with my girlfriend but now she got job in a college. 2 days once she call me and it is only 5 minutes. I feel lonely. I'm not kidding. It's hurt. Hurts so much. What I do. Sorry I didn't mention I'm working far away from my family. Please give me a solution

Sir....I m suffering from mentaly depression.when I go sleep then whole night suffering from dream.and in day also suffering from this problem.i feel that my mind is not relax.and my counsiousness is decreases.i am not able to study in proper way for this problem bcoz whole day I HV headache.i m loss of my thinking ability so plz give me suggestion for this problem......

Im so irritated with my life that I wanna end up my life. Im not happy with any1 around me.. I cry each day. I need break from life or end of my life.. Help me other wise i will become mad.

I am suffering from severe depression whic h often leads to attempts to hurt myself, even a few times trying to kill myself, suddenly I start feeling low which gradually increases the pain in my head and I get too angry with myself. By hurting myself I feel quit satisfied bit sometime the thoughts are unstoppable, I feel too frustrated with myself and want to end it all. My presence in this world starts haunting me. I really do need help.

I am having marital problems. I have separated from my husband a few months back in Aug. He had started beating me on several occasions. I believe it was because he used to drink excessively which took a toll on his mental state. He had bruised my eye and thus I decided to separate. He says that I provoke him , I beat him and all this makes me lose hope to reconcile with him. I now stay with my parents. Doctor is there any hope to sort this out. Because this was not the first time he had beaten me . Every time I trusted him and went back again to stay with him again he would do the same. I feel he needs to overcome his anger and change.

My son is in boarding school since 4 years, he has no interest in studies or any other activities, he doesn't like to learn answer of any question.His vitamin B12 is less than average, is it also effecting his mental health. Sometimes he tries to learn but he forgets the whole chapter soon. Please suggest me how he may improve his learning power and ability
