Problem started due to unemployment pressure,feeling to get sympathy from others make me feel sad like crying,problem become higher in crowded situation .
Feeling of hollowness
Feeling of sadness which comes directly to face.face become like crying.it generally happen in crowd.
Sometime when I laugh genuenly sadness comes instantly to my face.then I have to control my emotion.
Positive thing is while watching TV I feel gud,from past experience I feel little better.
But I want to get completely rid out of this feeling.plz sir help me out

Hi. So you try suppressing your sadness.. And then it finds its way to show up in different ways. How about working through your sadness, working through your thoughts and feelings that come up when you feel sad. What about unemployment was so tough to take?
