Seems like you have thought about a particular incident or situation a lit before sleeping. Sometimes when we are extremely tensed because nothing around is going fine, we are unable to find our way out these symptoms do occur.
Try and think about the positives of the problem how it is going to make you a strong person, share your burden with someone, a friend family member, write down the negative thoughts to vent out.
Go for some exercise or walk.
If not feeling better consult a counselor or psychologist.
