I am facing sleeping issues since long time, even if I sleep, I see weird dreams of ghosts and dead people and often my near ones die in the dream due to which I wake up and.then find it very difficult to sleep. No matter how much sleepy I am, I'm unable to sleep.

I want to help myself out. I want to make myself understand the problem that goes on my mind. I don't understand that chaos in mind. I feel drowning alot.... I m unable to come out of things and feeling easily... It takes alot of time for me to forget and move ahead. I don't understand office politics or social politics people play with anyone's mind.... I easily get manipulated. No one in my circle understands my mind or my point of view and this really tares me apart... I have seen my graph in studies and job.... Its declined to a vast range....

I am not able sleep at night .the thoughts are constantly running in my mind. I have tried various breathing techniques but all these failed before me.

I have headache sometimes feel pukish and pain goes till shoulder. I cannot sleep at night because of pain. There were numerous things running into my head, sometimes I feel it is because of me and my husband living at different locations because of work. I always feel bad when we had a conversation related to small things that I expect from him. He says that I should visit a doctor I have some serious psychic issues. Please help me understand and let me know if you need to talk to me and require more details
