My sister did something which caused great fear inside me but unlike most of the time I start to hard time at breathing so I started to breathe from mouth and everything sort of became blur I felt like I was going to faint. Not just that but also my left lip sort of went downwards and for a moment or so I felt like I couldn't move it. I want to know what exactly happened. I mean was it a panic attack? And my sister just threw her stuff down in anger. So what happened to me?

I switch quickly from idealizing other people to devaluing them, feeling that the other person does not care enough, does not give enough, is not “there” enough. I can empathize with other people, but only with the expectation that the other person will “be there”. I can realize that there is a pattern of unstable intense relationships, such as idealizing someone one moment and then suddenly believing the person doesn't care enough or is cruel and switching to another quickly. Basically I love two women, truly & madly. I'd die for the both of them.Past 2 years I've been fluctuating between the two whenever I feel the above mentioned state kicks in. Also, I have isolated myself from my friends, not picking up their calls & I realy dont like to socialise or go out. Most of the time, I get angry unnecessarily & shout and then cool off soon. One time Im extremely emotional and the next moment i dont feel anything like im emotionaless. Please help me what I'm going through with!

Hi, My mom has been hearing some Unusual Voices from last couple of years... We have been consulting a psychiatrist and giving her the medication prescribed by the doctor. There is not much change I see in her, rather things have gone worse.... Referring to her past, she had a stressful life and adding to it she lost her elder son (my elder brother). Now, the situation is that she doesn't like to come out of her room... She hear voices and replies back to it. Appreciate if some one can suggest, whether I should consult a psychologist or consult a new psychiatrist???

I've been facing depression since 2 years and i really needa get rid of it now.. its over my head and im drowning i m in need of instant help.. i face inability and unconcentration in work i get annoying easily i feel upset most of the time i have no urge or im left with no energy to do any kind of work i feel broken i feel rejected and many more please help me i need to get out of this mess now...

My father does not suffer from any problem, but he has an anxiety issue. If he hears about a friend/relative suffering from anything, he feels that he has it too. Even Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam's death affected him. He complained of chest pain soon after and was fine after taking ENO. Recently, he has started complaining of pain in his knees. He is all fine when he plays tennis, but says that he cannot walk. He has recently had a cataract operation too. He refuses to see a doctor for an MRI because he knows that the diagnosis will be that he is absolutely fine. How can I help him?

According to dr i have panic attack and he gave me medicine is it cureable with medicine sir...does it effect in my whole life sir..

I m diagnosed with anxiety disorder for a year. I m taking homeopathi medication for this problem and I felt relax and better also but nowadays getting pain in back side of head and pain in neck. Felt some fluid internally came in throat and sometimes feel biter taste in throat mostly in morning.

She feel to cry sometime her mind is confused she get fits also atleast 2 to 4 mintues .she has fits 8yrs ago. in a week she get fits in one day two time also or sometime its never come for month also .now a day she behave abnormal certain time . then certain time she is ok.she has sound in her ear that there is some one is talking about her.her husband give divorce to her.while talking to her she shut up her mouth when she behave abnormal she look in one sight to thing she don't move eyelash also after in afternoon time to evening at night now she is talking .we r confused what to do.
