Severe mental stress making me to break objects near me . Getting angry on anyone.. I'm working as an accountant in a private company... can't even able to concentrate works.... it seems no one is aadjusting for me...

I need to get over someone. Someone I love... Because things have become worse and I can't see it anymore..

My son goes to little Elly from last year - play school. Every day he cries going to school . We managed It for 6 months . When even we take the school topic he hesitates to go . This year we joined him nursery class in same school . He has become disturbed going to school that he keeps pleading and requesting us not to send us to school . Teacher says after some time he stops crying and when he returns home he is normal . He prefers to play at home and is not outgoing to mingle with other kids But if kids come to our house he plays Not sure but his willingness for not going to school is disturbing. Need some help how to cope this Situation

Sometime, I too worried about the things which are not in my control and when things go pass away I feel better and normal now. I dont know whether is it problematic or not but thats true I feel very anxious for a matter which is really not need to worry too much. Is it a problem ?

I can't concentrate on any thing. If i try to study i forget what did i read. I am losing my concentration. Please help me. How can i concentrate again. I have exams next month.

My friend Michel, at 18 his best friend committed suicide, after that, he was never the same, he went into a depression state, and lock it all inside. well, when they took him to the doctors about it, they put him on things for the depression, and now at 23, he is having what is like a mental illness, what medications cause similarity's of this???

I am queer. I have had a history of depression. Two years ago I was told I may be bipolar and have disassociative disorder by a psychotherapist after which I went into denial. I lost my mother to surgical complications in October 2017. I have not been able to focus on work, can't sleep, can't will myself to do anything I like anymore, like reading.

I feel that my most close person is avoiding me. I am stressed when he doesn't talk to me. I am unable to concentrate on anything else. Sometimes I feel to suicide.
