Alzheimer & Sleeplessness due to mental tension, fear, anger, anxiet Some time No recognise close relative.

Hello Doctor, I feel like I am having some heart disease from last 2 to 3 months. I have some tests also like ecg,stress ecg,chest x ray and blood test. Everything is normal. But still I cant belive that. I continously feel that something is bad happening with me. Please help me.

Hi, so I am through a kind of breakup.. I am continuously thinking about her. I cry when I am alone. My mental state is not good. I feel suicidal. I can't think properly affecting my work in office. I can't eat nor can I sleep properly. Feeling very low. Plz plz help.. I dunno what to do.And she is not even replying blocked me from everywhere.

Have been feeling low, sad and a whole lot negative. Am I depressed? Should I be seeing a psychiatric, psychologist or a counsellor?

I have been diagnosed with PTSD some 3 years back, i am irregular with my medicines, and confused and scared, i feel hopeless, numb, depressed all the time, with lack of appetite and insomnia my constant

My 3 year son is very energetic but he never communicate with anyone. He talks to himself, rarely listen or understand people. He is not afraid of getting hurt.

My brother is suffering from regular breathing problem with memory loss,nausea, chest pain, stomach ache and sometimes severe heart pain which is causing breathing problem this was happened because he took nearly 250-300 random medicines which were all different and unknown altogether because of some family issues earlier he was very healthy 😔😔and  on consultation with a random dr. He said that his heart may block and he may also die😔😔😔😔😔 please suggest me which lab tests are required to know all the problems regarding his mental health 😔😔
