Feeling too much
Emotionally disturbed,feeling alone ,cry on small issues because every word is hitting directly my emotions,feel like there is nothing,fights in relation due to these unnecessary emotions,anxiety,anger,feeling like crying inside,silently screams,finds no solution,unable to do anything,feels no love in relationship,stressed all time,if disturbed unable to sleep properly,feeling low all he time ,no interest in anything,wants to run,wants to change but failed everytime,seems that i have to live like this,an i really dnt kno why this i happening i wan to cry,want my love to hold me tight,i want my love to understand me,i m really upset from last two years,and once all this starts my whole​ day wasted,react overly,shouts,no peace,only small interval when i feel good ,waiting for responses from my love,not satisfied with myself,feels like life stopped at this point

Hi, The way I see this problem, its not something that u created and thus  not  capable of resolving because it's an illness with exact symptoms that you described... This is Depression and just like any other illness u have seen in life this requires treatment. Believe it or not but the things u mention seem so  much personal and Individualistic but the reason  why u get such  thoughts and why u can't get such negativity provoking  thoughts out of your mind is due to biological deficiency.... Which if corrected will relieve you from the problems.
Next Steps
Usually milder intensity problem is treatable with counselling or psychotherapy but in your case the intensity and impairment is severe enough to call for medicines along with psychotherapy (talking /discussing /counselling). So please enable your freedom from this illness by either seeking help from any psychiatrist of your choice.
