Dear doctor I want to quit smoking for this I like to start champix tablet mfg by pfizer Addicted since 20 years Currently taking medicine for diabetes and fertility supplements

So im very my depressed with my job as politics has consumed it completely which made me look for other options thats when my friend asked me to start a business with him where he asked me to invest 1.5 lakhs first. I did that but later found out its a scam and i'm not going to get my money back & now i lost all my savings.now i see 1 way, death.

I have realised over a period of time that I am suffering from Ocd. And now it's increased to a level that people around me are getting affected. Activities include Checking car locks and door locks several times. Re checking taps and electricity again and again. Taking counted number of steps and etc I understand that this does not have full cure, however I am looking for reducing it a bit at least.

My son has become agressive and disobedient and rude and doenst listen, he has lot of complexes and since his sister birth he is least interested in anything other thn playing or troubling others. He is 8 yr old, he needs counselling

I dont know about hypnotizem... I read it just a little beat about it...i feel and experience that i have a problems like depression.. Low concentration and confidence...so how can i clear my confusion.? For to take treatment from the doctor...

My father was a  government employee and in last five years he is struggling with lot of disease diabetes and TB. And he is under going treatment for that and he under psychiatric medicine from dr Rajesh Nagpal for recurrent depression.. for last 7 years.. and medicine has been given continuosly but in the last eight months becuse of TB and retirement he has become really quiet and we are not able to go through to him.. may be professional counseling will help. I see that your specialisation a child specialist.. and I think he does also have some unresolved childhood. Sibling violence issue.. do you take up this kind of cases. I want to get married to my bf bt my parents don't want me to get married to him as he is of different caste and due to that my parents health is getting affected and they are emotionally blackmailing me not to marry to that guy or else we will take poison and die and take his name and due to that I have a lot of stress and due to that my hairfall

Is there any medicine to control maladaptive daydreaming , my psychiatrist tried a lot of but none is working ... What is yr suggestion about medication for day dreaming (bcz it is affecting my study ).. Plz Dont say attending psychotherapy ,i have tried , i just want to hear one popular medication for daydreaming.thanks

Every month while nearing tp periods i feel utter depressed or sad, and keep on thinking about my relation ship and feel lack of love as i expect.Is this any kind of desease, i am unable to concentrate on work, and these days i do not speak much to others otherwise i speak a lot.I feel very sad inside.
