Over thinking

Hi, I am constantly overthing about the things happening in my life. Most of the time I think in negative when is nothing such to worry also and always think about future(mostly in negative way). I will be lost in thoughts all most all the time and very light sleeper. Could you let me know is their any measures to check if I have mental issues?

I tend to think a lot.

I worry a lot and think that all the world is there to hurt me. My mind races like anything, i can't concentrate on my work. I want to be in the present moment and work but my mind takes me places and shows me horrible things. It always makes me fear and stops me from taking action. I want to speak more but can't . I can't find right words .

Sudden emotional outburst, headaches,

Have a friend who sometimes have sudden emotional outburst... starts crying... starts having head aches, feel intense sadness, doesn't want talk about it... doesn't even know what has caused this sadness and all... and at the end of it, feels emotionally drained. She is an introvert, and has a family history of depression.

Mental health coping and etc

I experience feelings INTENSELY. If I'm sad, I experience passive Suicidal Thoughts that may last a couple of hours. If I'm happy, I am almost manic to a degree and on top of the world. I have an intense fear of Abandonment, and don't recollect key points in my life. I compulsively and engage in impulsive behavior. I have trouble sleeping
