I screams loudly during deep sleep almost everyday and I am not aware about that.It is nothing related to dreams.It can even happen If I fall asleep during a movie or while travelling.I have started taking this tablet for last 5 days.How it is affecting my body?

I m taking lorel2 daily 3 times,,my skin is getting pale yellow and I usually forget things..

I have been facing some mental issues and its physical effects, I have continuous thoughts and mind chatter and cant stop it, the thoughts even continue in sleep and It starts continues after I wake, and all the thoughts are very random and useless. My friend overdosed on 8000mg of ibuprofen last month. She's fine at the moment but wants to see a doctor here in North Carolina to get a check up because she knows that there could be long term damage. But she's worried that they would keep her on a 72 hour watch (something she has had before) for attempted suicide even though it was over a month ago. She is seeing a therapist now. So basically my question is, would they send her somewhere for a 72 hour watch under the circumstances?

Hey doctor, I am 21 years old and from more than 5 years ago and still i am suffering from sleep distrus ,anxiety and depression from a year ago i went to a neurologist he gave me venlafaxine 75 mg with modafinil as i am suffering also from tirdness and fatigue during the day and also memory loss and weak concentration . Modafinil helps me a little but it causes me anxiety and fast heart rate knowing that i am suffering from mild hypertension while effexor worse the problem of my memory please
