I have been headaches in the back of head from 2 weeks. It comes for 15-30 min

I have been headach and legs pain my blood pressure is always low for e.g (80/50) and pulse also around 55

I have headache from past days which i was unable to manage now im used to it but im not able to take any kind of talks aganist me without my mistake

My sleep cycle has changed for over a month now. For more than an year, I used to sleep around 11-12 at nyt and wake up at 6:30 am. But now I m unable to sleep at nyt and dt is why I sleep during the day time. One day I tried to resist myself from sleeping during day time so that i can sleep during nyt time. But I had slept fr an hour before somebody woke me up and then I couldn't sleep the whole night. Pls help me to change this sleep schedule so that I can sleep at nyt and work during day time

How long to take stalopam 10 mg. I'm taking this tab from 6months.Once I stopped taking numbness persists..

My brother has an autism, he has 16 years old, sometimes he exposed to a case where the veins of his hands appear terribly, his legs become cold, and then he goes into a coma for 3 or 4 days, please we need your help

I have been recently getting too many suspicious thoughts .. and this is spoiling my relationship with people around me. This creates me a great level of insecurity and these thought gives me a extreme guilt feel and I tend to entrust my defence mechanism in alcholism.

I am experiencing severe anxiety all day long. About 4 years ago i was diagnosed with anxiety + mild OCD. I was put on melitracen which worked wonders, but it was soon banned by government. I was then advised pari CR which didnt do much. I stopped going to psychiatrist all of a sudden and reamined ok without medication for 1-2 yrs. But sadly the condition reappeared about 2 yrs ago and is worsening since then.

Lately I've been having some anxiety issues. I am on 25 mg of Zoloft. However I am not able to see my psychiatrist. I was curious as to if going up to 50 mg would help? I have been on 25 mg for 3 years now.

Is taking antidepressants and smoking cigrattes causes muscle rigidity.as i know that nicotine increases serotonin and too much serotonin causes muscle rigidity. please give me advice thanks in Advance
