Can't focus on my studies while semesters are on my head,not getting a proper sleep due to some memories of my past,cant overcome through some phases of my past which makes me feel asphyxiated by my life

Inspire of taking sleeping bills I am not able to sleep entire night. Getting totally irritated and having headache now. Pls guide whom to reach out to for treatment

My dr prescribed me Prozac about ten days ago and all was well and fine for the first week. Started on 10mg a day for the first week then upped to 20mg a day for the second week... that’s when all hell broke loose. For the past 4 days straight I have been experiencing: Heart palpitations Rapid heart rate Dizziness Tunnel vision Trembling Nausea Vomiting Shortness of breath Loss of appetite Suicidal thoughts I called my dr and she told me to just stop taking it and to make an appointment

I am 24 and I am a student. I am preparing for civil services. I sometimes feel alone and empty and also I get this feeling all the time that I want to do so much in life and be so much more but I might not able to do that and that scares me. I never had a boyfriend and even I have wonderful friends I just can't feel that spot with them I find it difficult to share what's going on insider and afraid that no one will understand. I don't feel suicidal or want to harm myself I just want to be happy

Always think I have some mental issue. I always relate my self any mental problem. How to overcome from it. I am very scared if I will get worse. My friends told me you think a lot that why you are getting thoughts.

I am taking physiatrist tablets such as lithium,serta,betacap tr, arifine and lonaa.... I have a query that can we do super brain yoga while taking physiatrist tablet or it will affect human health???

For last month I'm waking up with severe headache and my sense of sight is also damaged I'm on some pills for my IBS .I'm also having dreams of random memories from my past.

I woke up from sleep paralysis and then started freaking out which usually doesnt happen. i was very scared and my heart was racing and i couldnt stop crying. it took me 30 min to calm down. usually after sleep paralysis i just go back to sleep but this time in was too scared to do that
