I feel cold and shivery even when the outside temperature is not low and I think I am going through a depression of some sort and I am not able to clear my mind and there is this sunken feeling inside my heart

I have been taking Zoloft for about a month or two now, and have been noticing that I’m not sleeping so well. I just bumped up my dose to 100mg three days ago. I’ve been waking up with a feeling of my stomach dropping and just panic honestly, almost like those dreams when you wake up when you’re falling. I’m rather concerned since I haven’t been able to sleep for more than 2 hours at a time and night. I’m being treated for anxiety and depression.

My wife had been facing issues with severe headache since almost 2 years and every time she gets severe headache she is feeling dizzy. She gets faint and suddenly fells down. After 5 mins she wakesup again and behaves as a child, as if she has not grownup at all. She is could not identify people that she lives with as well. After may be a day or two she becomes normal. We have visited multiple neurologist, psychiatrist and using medicines since last 1 year. Looking out for a best doctor.

I have family, but I can't cope with my emotions too well. I said too many things to have been stupefied in the past. So, I can move around like I want to but it's relevant to where I've been. What does that mean? Be specific.

She is any time angry and she is thinking is very different no one follow to her but she said following some numbers

Facing accute anxiety disorder and depression due to financial issues negative treatment from family. Loss of mood fatigue getting too late in the morning. I am trying to avoid medication which has cured my problem which is a quick fix and too expensive beyond my affording capacity. During evening hourd i feel difficult to balance. Dry mouth .

I used weed excessively before , it was pleasureable. after 4 , 5 years it started. when ever i used weed, i got severe panic attack. i feel like, i wil have heart attack, stroke, my breath will stop and i will die. the fear of death. when i get panic, i canot breath properly, and its the worse feeling.

Not sleeping angryness over tension age is 60 . because of this food is not digested in properway . leg move without my knowledge

I don't feel sleepy at night, but in morning I feel sleepy. This has been over 3-5 months.

I have taken zipaz two tablets today is this okay or should consult a doctor
