I think I am suffering from severe anxiety disorder.. I fear of irrational things and of losing control at times. I am filled with negative thoughts that I cant control and then feel guilty and cry over it.. I had faced this issue before when I was in school and got alright later without any consultation. Can I come back to my normal happy life..?

How to cure Depression? And how to get cured with minimum expenses and charges. Depression treatments and mental health treatment is very costly. Once visit to doctor costs more than ₹1000. What if a person is not able to financially afford so much for the treatment? They have to suffer from this trauma. Why are expenses so high? Please tell what to do and how to get cured with minimum expenses.

Fear to go away from home or place where help is not possible or there no way of escape out

I keep feeling guilty for some past activities that I am unable to shate with anyone. Its making me feel that i am cheating on my man as i have not disclosed it to him. Although now i am not into any such thing but i simply cannot master the courage to confide with the fear of being left alone as that has also happened in the past. I sometimes feel like ending my life. I tried consulting a psychologist but it didnt help me. I dont know what to do. I feel extremely burdened, pained, alone and helpless!

My Sister having schizophrenia from past 12 years and still on the medicine however she is just 90% normal . We are consulting the psychiatrist on every 3 months but we don't see any improvement in past 2-3 years. we should continue or change the Doctor for better response .

I have been taking medications named cipla xr zolofresh and nexito plus from 4 5 days but i have been feeling daziness for the whole day what should i do

When am in around of some people automatically some sort of shyness builds up and I can’t talk really what I want to talk for ex- when ur 1st time on stage for a speech.. it happens every time with me..not only talking another ex am a really good player of caroms but when some people stare at me I suddenly drops down..am Good speaker with closed one but wen it comes toba group of new people or in a interview I fail myself..

.getting anxiety disorder with sad burst often, i dont want to believe its depression but i dont know anymore

Whenever someone is looking at me on my right side of my body, I start to feel pressured and I feel like they are judging me. Also I can't look at someone in the eyes without thinking they are judging how I look

My husband is taking medicine like Lithosun, Sulphitake, aprizol, lenozip from past 7 years ,put every now n then he gets episode like he get angry n shot at all ,he don't stay in any job for more then 6 months, sometimes he eat too much n some v little,his mood keep on changing every now n then.He spend lot of money with our no reason. I am married to him in 2015 now I have a kid of 5 months I am very much worried about his health n my kid n my future ,with this type of person whose income is not standard because of his health
