I’m 13 and for as long as I can remember I have had this voice in my head that tells me to do things like: Step on that leaf or you will die. But recently it’s got more extreme and doing stuff that is dangerous. I suffer from a mild migraine that hasn’t been properly diagnosed yet and I’m starting to worry about what’s wrong with me as it controls my every move.

I am hurt in my relationship bcz i am very emotional. My partner does not care about me even though i know i need to stop chasing him but still i cant get him out of my head. He is continually abusing me emotionally and still pretend to love me. I am afraid to loose him so i never express my deep hurts to him. But i am willing to be free from these painful emotions and live my life as i want. Well this happens to me almost in every dear relationship. Help me out.
