Stage fright and social anxiety
Hi doctor.I'm 22 year old male, and I got a social anxiety and stage fright since my childhood.. one of my friend suggest me to use a subliminal. So I found a few subliminals from youtube. From a uploader named Thomas Halls for both stage fright and self confidence...... so can i use thoes subliminals... is it worth ??? What are the possible side effects and problems encountered while using this??

It is better to resolve those issues by understanding your strengths and weaknesses rather than by those subliminals.
Those are very temporary and causes some dependency.
It is better to consult a psychologist.
