Social anxiety
Hello, I think I am suffering from social anxiety . For example if I have to give a presentation at office , I will lose my focus and concentration , my mind will go blank , the heart beat will rise faster , and the hands will start shaking, i will totally feel lost. I want to know if there is any quick relief medicine for these symptoms. Reason being I don't come across these kind of situations on a daily basis, maybe once in 6 months or a year hence I don't want to take medicine daily

Yes there are. They can be taken one to two hours before the presentation and stage speech etc and act well to reduce the symptoms of social anxiety in majority. Consult an astute psychiatrist either in person or online and seek remedy.Good luck
