I have thyroid after my delivery. As soon delivery my weight was 52 but all of us sudden in 1 year i gain 22 kgs. Presently i am 74 kgs. Can suggest me to reduce weight

I am not happy with my current lifestyle, i was a sports person i lost everything when i met with a right knee injury (ACL TEAR) .
