Mental Health

Normally I am never like this but for the past few weeks I’ve been feeling low and pushing people away. I have started being alone in my room all by myself and don’t like going out or socialising with others. I feel very demotivated and get upset.

My girlfriend is really stuggling with mental illness, she can't take tablet medication as she's overdose twice before and every time she takes a tablet they making her really ill, what other type of medication can we get

Egzema after birth of first child then cervical spondylytis after a year and so . Hairloss after birth of second child. Now patchy hairloss since past two years and aggrevated cervical and mild vertigo problems. Spinning whole day with heaviness in and around eyes and head. Not had enough sleep ever since. Please help . Which path of medication to follow.

I feel sad for no reason many times. I just feel constantly empty. I keep thinking that this all will go away but it doesn't. There are days when I don't feel so sad but I rarely feel happy. I don't know if I'm genetically structured to feel sad. I don't know if therapy will really help. I have tried it before and it didn't work out.

I am not able to sleep, I try most to sleep but I didn't feel sleepy. Due to which I feel so tired my head aches I don't know what I have to do. Sometimes some thaughts in my mind , but I think I don't think too much. But I am not able to understand what is going on with me. So please help me .

My brother had childish behaviours 4 months before but has huge changes in behaviour like he gets angry very fastly and always looks like he is angry. Why this is so and how can we get him as he was. He is of 14 now.

I get angry on people for no reason. I remain frustrated everytime. For no reason I think about suicide. When I feel very lonely I listen to music. The music I listen contains only sad songs. I have too many people proposing me. This creates a turmoil in me.

I have problem in my eye ...but the problem is besically cosmetically...so when i met new peoples or girls...then feel guilty..what they r thinks about my eye condition...i failure to connect eye contact ...when we talk to each other...my eye problem is not qureable...what i do now from this situation...
