Hi Sir, My father met with accident almost 35 years back from there doctor suggested sarotena 25 mg and trinicalm plus tablets as he was facing mental disorder related issues like abnormal behavior , hyper tension etc , after almost 35 yrs usage of these tables sometimes these tablets not working . He consume onCe in 2 weeks , please adviCe is it fine to use this tablet

Me suffering from insomnia wakes up at 4am daily not able to complete 8.hours of sleep prescribe me medicine Zolfresh already prescribed

Off late I have noticed that I feel giddiness and have headaches quite a lot of times . Not sure what is it that causes it . Would appreciate if some can throw some light on it

I have just met a women recently , and we fell in love , and we are planning to sleep together. However I am married and my wife is faithful to me and loves me and I hate to hurt her. I know what I am dong is wrong and selfish and dirty but I feel I am hypnotic and I can't help my self. I even and shout and cry to my self : stop it , its wrong. But with no use !! Please advise as I can see I am on the set to destroy my marriage without even having any control over the wagen going downhill

I have been having frequent breakdowns for more than a week now. Do not like talking to anyone, prefer sitting alone and not able to concentrate on work also.

I stutter when I have to speak in public or give a seminar or things like that. Casual conversations are fine and fluent. But public speaking is very difficult. Once i was advised by a psychiatrist to start on SSRI and beta blocker but i didn't start because i was relocating to another place and i couldn't follow up.

Idk if ibhave add or aspergers. I go to counseling but now she says i need to see a psychiatrist and take meds. What is right to do? I don't wanna take meds.

I was prescribed with clonafit md 0.25 mg for recent sleep problems. I stopped the medication after consuming 0.5 mg suddenly . After that my life turned into hell with all the anxiety rush and withdrawal effects but I managed to do my job fighting the effects everyday. Although it has reduced to great extent but still I have shivers, shaking , unusual feeling like fainting , severe head aches, dizziness from time to time like I have tumor or something in my brain . Kindly , help !

It's a bit a normal back then that i think about stuff before i go to sleep or bed. But then it got worst, a lot off stuff is stuck in my head that couldn't sleep right anymore. It's almost been a year already sometimes i even cry or think of stuff whether what i should do or should have. I just couldn't clear my mind. What should i do?
