I m suffering spitting too much this problem in psychiatry plz help me .....

Can someone help me with CBT as i dont have access to a therapist here so i can only respond by phone i developed ocd 3 years back because of my anxious attachment style and its happening again so i need someone who has an experience with this attachment style.

Is it safe to take amisulpride 200 mg with glycomet 500 mg twice daily together..I have pcos..and also obese

I m not able to sleep properly n don't feel like eating. I work in night shift. In normal days i sleep by 4:30 am bur from last week i sleep by 8:30-11am. That change my whole schedule n that is very frustrating. Please advice.

I cannot see my best friend hanging out with anyone else, I feel very jealous and I believe I am very possessive for him, I have told my friend about my insecurity and he has also reduced his activities with other people.
