What is meant by tri cyclic antidepressants? Details of anafranil, pl. how it works? Side effects pl. Does it cause suicidal thoughts?

I m taking Tab. Cipralex 10 mg OD from the last one year and my Doctor has advised to take this for my whole life. I want to get rid of it. I have tried on my own to skip the dose for one or two days but I again feel depressed. What should I do..Will I be able to stop this medicine someday. Please help me out...

Hello,I am not able to sleep properly, while sleeping I woke up suddenly ,it is like if I heard a small noise I couldn't able to sleep again. The whole day I feel I like I am having problems. When I woke up morning,it is like I am going to miss something, something is running out from me,like I am in hurry.it is happening from 3 months.i don't feel hungry at all. I am trying to eat,but it doesn't work. I work for whole day including exercise and meditation but I never feel like I am tired.Thats the reason I couldn't able to sleep

I have been having this jealousy towards my girlfriends Male Friends it has already caused many fights i know im doing wrong but idk how to stop getting jealous it hurts me when She asks Her male Friends for any kind of help it makes me feel useless. She hates me whenever i do that Idk how to stop this jealousy.

My mother is under treatment for OCD and anxiety from last 20 years. She was in good shape till 2014 after that the health started to detoriate. Right now she is under treatment but no improvement from 2 years even getting worse. She shouts, does not sleep, sometime even fights and a lot more issues.

Hello, when I started a trip last October I suddenly had this horrifying pain in my chest and could not breathe anymore. By now I still have those panic attacks but there came other things in addition. My stomach hurts really fast, I have problems swallowing, I have to burp almost constantly, I get overwhelming situations in which I believe everything to be unreal and additionally, I often have the feeling that my left hand is my right one, or that my throat is not straight but is crooked...

I have had sever memory problems and as a student it it impacting my life very negatively, I have had concussions, and I took amatrupilyne, and I had a bad memory before that, is there a test for it? Can I get a diagnosis to help me explain why I'm not able to function well?
