I have migraine.. Alternative every sunny days I feel headache and then vomiting. After a proper sleeping some days the migraine is cure but maximum days I feel same pais like previous day. What should I do now?

Iam married four years back, small small clashes are going on with my mother in law and family....now iam in my mother home as we decide make separate home but my mind is always thinking about my sister in law and his husband..... Always .... Even I can't read that much.... Kindly suggest me a suggestion pls

I am 55 years lady. I don't have notable family problems. My problem is when ever I see the news channels of Bharath, or read news papers, my mind starts worrying about the future of my country and future generation. Even though no one could believe, I won't be able to have food or have proper sleep. I will become very weak due to this. many a times, my own friends and kins laugh at me when I expressed my anguish on news. So I fear discussing any issues with anybody.

Am getting angry very quickly and do all non sense things..is this cause of mental condition? please suggest.

I love him but due to my family never agreed he said to yes someone than my father passed away from 4 months ago than again we were so close before his marriage than we dicided to be friends only and he got married before 2 months we are in same office same team..he said I am his best friend but I am so broken now.not able to accept him as friend.
