Can back to back panic attacks can cause breast swelling.??..i hv a prblm.of panic attacks.. N frm some days i m suffering frm them n also i m feeling changes in.my physical appearance such as breasts swelling ,my breasts hv increased in size tht they dont fit my regular bra,my breasts are swollen plus feels vry heavy n also stay very warm ,hot n feels lik they will burst out especially my left side breast it is soo heavy n much bigger in size than my right side...m extremely stressed n they pains alot... Plz recommend somthing??

I dont know is this anxiety or something else i am faced with running thoughts and unimaginable things all the time also my concentration is getting week.. Earlier i had taken a lot of stress are these things happening due to anxiety.. Can anyone suggest me how to overcome this

My son had an open heart surgery when he was 5. Months old . He is nit able to speak properly and catch up according to his age i just want to know that will speech therapy work or psychiatrist

I got first panic attack in April 2017 after quitting cigarette, alcohol,weed cold turkey.and doctor diagnosed me chronic anxiety and panic disorder and prescribed me diff medication like ,nexito , clonozepam , alprazolam and much more...now I'm only on alprazolam .25mg from last two months .still facing issues like tiredness,neck pain , restlessness,anger etc .I want to quit this medicine ...any suggestions

Since  1 year I m not able to concentrate on anything... whenever I decide to do anything irrational thoughts keep coming...I feel like I don't have the will or drive to pursue anything...I feel anxious and the fear that I m wasting my life keeps on coming...and I have sudden mood sw ings...what are the reasons for all this ?

I am having wrong thoughts and i want to do something about it.Other wise i feel i would do something to myself.

I am having wrong thoughts and i am afraid that they make me a bad person.i constantly feel to kill myself because i am unable to control those disgusting thoughts.

I have been socially anxious for most of my life. In 2017, I also began indulging in self-harm and frequent suicidal thoughts. Later I was prescribed setraline, with which I had bad heart palpation it was changed to a med to escitalipram. I was on it for 2 months. Later I continued to harm so it was changed to some anti-psychotic which made me really sleepy. I stopped taking it and continued with escitalipram for another 2 months after which I stopped that as well. In mid 2018 i finished college and came to bangalore for job. I immediately went to NIMHANS and was prescribed a different anti depression medicine. I was on it for 2 months, I also started therapy there. I conunied to self harm, very rarely and so I was again prescribed some anti-psychotic. I couldn't take and I asked to change it. Then it was another anti-psychotic medicine and then I stopped going to nimhans. This was end of 2018. I haven't self harmed in 2019. But i still suffer from extreme social anxiety.

I mostly feel down and depressed just when my periods are getting over. It's this sinking feeling, wanting to give up, not do anything and am filled with thoughts of how to escape this world. Could it be due to hormonal imbalances?
