Report is atteched Problem is that i drink lot if water but urine output is 500-600 ml That is normal

Throat is sore,pain,dry,food is not going into stomach without the help of water for a small piece of food also, after sometime she is belching and hiccups are occuring,bowel stool is sticky,after brushing spit is coming out sticky..feeling very uneasy...since 3 days...i would like to consult a kidney and urine doctor keeping in mind the CKD and diabetic problem of my mother. .creatinine is 4.8

I feel lesser control over my bladder. Within a few minutes of peeing, I feel like some of the urine is left and I don't feel control over the left over urine. Sometimes, I even feel leakage.

Hi, I have a problem that I urinate a lot. I have to wake up 2-3 times at night to urinate. Sometime even after urinating I feel urge to urinate. In 24 hr I urinate approx 10 times. Please help me. Regards, Arpit
