Hello Doctor, I am getting severe pain in back/chest/stomach/lower abdomen on monthly or bimonthly basis. I got the tets conducted and doctor said it is due to Gallbladder Stone and they have to remove the bladder as a permanent solution for getting rid of this pain. I am also cardiac patient and have undergone open heart surgery during 1991. Doctor suggested to wait for surgery considering the Covid situation. Is their any medicine which can be taken during sever pain as it is unbearable and last for 15-20 mins. Also is their any advance method of surgery which helps in getting the permanent solution of this Pain and getting the bladder removed with minimal surgical procedure. Regards Sheela

My son is 8 yrs and he is haveing some pain during  at the time of first uaraining but the pain is only once sometime in the morning at first urine sometime in the evening my doctor suggest some tablets taking it from last 3 days it shows that the infection is less but there is a pain my doctor is MBBS but I need to consult some urogolist  for a better treatment

Sir whenever I drink a glass of water, after 15 minutes I feel like I have to go to toilet. While travelling I get really frustrate with this problem. And sometimes when I am getting high Pressure of toilet but when I reach washroom I am not able to free it from my body.

My wife's ast/alt ratio is very high at 3 which usually means alcoholic cirrhosis however the u/l levels of each are normal to below normal at 16.5 ast and 5.4 alt. Are these lower levels common in cirrhosis or can this be an indication of another problem? Muscle or kidney perhaps? Her glucose and cholesterol are normal. She had erythrocytes in urine. She drinks socially. She is 18kgs overweight. She has always had low muscle mass even as baby.

Urni colour is soo dark yellow.. but even after drinking lot of water colour only change slightly. i have taken these medications Tab. Norflox 400mg Syp. Alkasol Tab. Pulmocef 500mg  Tab. Lasix and ultrasound is clear and but urni infection test came up with calcium oxylate and protein excess. i have take all the above medicines and ayurvedic medication. but no results. plz help sir / mam.
